Large sections of the coast of Mallorca is bored like a swiss cheese with numerous caves and caverns, only accessible from the water. We venture out with our speed boats and explore these caverns and underground lakes in small groups, always accompanied by an expert guide who knows with their eyes closed the way to go at any moment.
Be like Jules Verne and join us on one of our expeditions!

Our Cave Trips:
The Pirate's Cave of Porto Cristo
The Pirate's Cave is known from the 17th Century pirates who used to frequent Mallorca as a safe haven from their buccaneering, not to the enjoyment of the local residents of Porto Cristo. Once upon returning to the area around Porto Cristo, the resident farmers struck back, attacked the pirates and chased them back to sea! The seas on that particular night were rough and the pirates' ship was sunk. The pirates sought refuge in this particular cave and was said to have stored their goods in the cave for some time.
We venture out from our centers in Porto Cristo, Porto Colom and Cala Ratjada with our speed boats in small groups on a 15 minute boat ride to get to the Pirate's Cave. To access the cave we jump in the water wearing wetsuits and make our way into the cave from the water, the only way to access the cave. We spend one hour exploring the cave with our experienced guides, before we exit and swim back to the boat for the boat ride back. The entire excursion takes about 3 hours.
We guarantee you a well-spent afternoon. Trips to the Pirate's Cave are done on a daily basis at 15.00. For more information or booking:

Cova Tancada
After a short fast ride on our semi rigid speed boat, you will swim to the shore and climb up to the cave entrance to rediscover the Cova Tancada; once used by smugglers and later partly developed as a t tourist attraction. There are stairs carved into the stone, which makes the passage through the halls easier.
In the Gran Sala, the biggest of the caves halls, you will find a giant forest of columns and other spectacular rock formations. Continuing on over 100 meters into the la Victoria mountain we pass through some smaller chambers before we eventually reach the final chamber.
During the excursion, our guide will explain the formation of Stalactites, Stalagmites and the other strange formations. Upon exiting the cave we dare you to jump 20 meters (optional) into the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea below before we go snorkeling to experience some of the underwater life in Mallorca.
Note: this trip is not for the feint of heart or infirm, but we guarantee you a well-spent afternoon. Trips to the Cova Tancada are done on a daily basis at 15.00 from our center in Alcudia. For more information or booking:
